This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit believeinsigns.com (the “Site”), request a quote, upload artwork, place an order, or interact with a store we manage on your organization’s behalf, and how we use and protect that information.

By using the Site or engaging our services you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you provide. When you request a quote, place an order, upload artwork, subscribe to updates, or contact us, you may provide: name, business or organization name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, artwork files, order details, payment information (processed by our payment providers), and any message content you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our service providers) may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. If you order through a store we manage for a school, team or company, we may receive your order details from that organization or its administrators.

• Prepare quotes, produce and deliver ordered products.
• Communicate about your order, artwork, proofs and shipping.
• Process payments and prevent fraud.
• Provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
• Send occasional service updates and, with your consent, marketing messages.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Suppliers and decorators. To produce awards, apparel, printing and promotional products, we share necessary order and artwork details with vetted supplier and decoration partners.
• Service providers. Payment processors, shipping carriers, email/hosting providers and analytics vendors that support our business.
• Managed store hosts. If your order is placed through a store we manage for an organization, order data is shared with that organization’s designated administrators.
• Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Site, and optional analytics cookies to understand aggregate use. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

Artwork, logos and files you submit remain owned by you (or your licensor). You grant us a limited license to reproduce and modify those files solely to fulfill your order, prepare proofs, communicate with suppliers, and maintain reorder history. We do not use your artwork in our portfolio or marketing without written permission.

You represent that you own or have permission to use any submitted logos, marks or copyrighted content. See our Disclaimers for more.

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Artwork files are retained to support reorders unless you request deletion.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, access, correct, delete and limit certain uses of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Other U.S. state residents. Where applicable, similar rights are provided under state privacy laws.

To exercise these rights, email sales-usa@believeinsigns.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Orders for schools and youth teams are placed by adult administrators, coaches or guardians.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, social media, payment or supplier sites). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
