Garment sourcing options

We source

Access to major distributors — cotton, blends, performance, heavyweight, hi-vis, hats, jackets and more. We recommend a garment that fits the decoration method and the budget.

You supply

Bring your own blanks or brand-owned inventory. Accepted per project after review — approval, spoilage and replacement terms are confirmed in writing before we start.

Mixed / recommend one

Not sure? We'll spec a few options and share the tradeoffs so you can make the call with real numbers in front of you.

Decoration methods

We match the method to the artwork, garment and quantity — no single method is right for every project.

Screen printing

Best value at higher quantities for bold, opaque prints.

Embroidery

Stitched decoration for polos, jackets, hats and premium apparel.

Heat transfer

Great for names/numbers, small runs and variable data.

Direct-to-film (DTF)

Full-color transfers suitable for small runs and complex art.

Direct-to-garment (DTG)

Photo-quality prints on cotton in low quantities.

Sublimation

All-over and performance polyester decoration.

Method availability, minimums and turnaround are confirmed per project.

Artwork review

Every wholesale project starts with a real human looking at your artwork before it hits production. We check resolution, color targets, print size, stitch count, bleed and anything else that affects the finished piece.

Samples & proofing

You'll see digital mockups on every project. On repeat programs and larger runs we'll recommend physical samples where it's the right call — you approve before we produce the full quantity.

Repeat-order consistency

Artwork files, Pantone references, embroidery digitizing, thread selections, screen positions and garment specs are kept on file so run #12 matches run #1.

Production planning

We sequence garment orders, artwork prep and decoration around your in-hand date. If timing risk shows up, we tell you before you commit — not after.

How wholesale projects run

  1. Step 1

    Share the project

Send goal, quantity, timing and any garments you already have in mind.

  2. Step 2

    Artwork review

We check files for print, embroidery or transfer suitability and flag anything at risk.

  3. Step 3

    Garment options

You choose from sourced blanks or we review customer-supplied garments.

  4. Step 4

    Written estimate

Line-item quote covering decoration, garments, shipping and any add-ons.

  5. Step 5

    Sample or proof

Digital mockups, and physical samples on repeat programs when it's the right call.

  6. Step 6

    Production & delivery

Produced, packed and picked up in Carlsbad or shipped where you need it.

Pickup in Carlsbad

Bulk pickup by appointment. Great for local teams, districts and agencies who prefer to distribute internally.

Shipping

Ship consolidated to one address, or split across locations for multi-site rollouts. Freight quoted per project.
