- Does anyone need a password or access code to shop?
- No. Stores are public. Anyone with the store link can browse and place an order.
- Where do orders ship from?
- Production and fulfillment happen locally in Carlsbad, CA. Orders ship to individual households or bundle for group pickup at your organization.
- What if I can't find my store in the directory?
- Newly launched stores may not be listed yet. Use the direct link your organization shared, or contact us and we'll point you to it.
