Design fees depend on the scope of work. Simple cleanups are often handled inside a project quote, while more involved redraws or original design work are quoted separately. We share pricing before any billable work starts.

How long does design assistance take?

Turnaround varies with complexity, current shop load and how quickly you approve proofs. We give you a realistic timeline after reviewing your files.

Can you always fix my file?

Not always. Some files are too low-resolution, too small or too complex to correct — in those cases we'll be straight with you and recommend a redraw or an alternative approach.

Do you offer vector conversion for embroidery?

Yes. We prep artwork specifically for embroidery — including stitch-friendly simplification, thread-color selection and placement recommendations. Digitizing may be a separate step depending on the design.

What files should I send?

Send the best original you have: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG/JPG. If all you have is a screenshot, send that — we'll tell you what we can do.

How many revisions are included?

Revision policy depends on the project scope and quote. We agree on the number of included rounds up front so there are no surprises.
