Correct sizing & bleeds
We confirm finished dimensions, safe areas and 0.125" bleeds before anything goes to print — no clipped logos, no surprise crops.
Resolution & color setup
300 DPI at final size, CMYK color mode and Pantone references where possible. Vector art is preferred for logos and type.
Material selection
13oz scrim vinyl, mesh, 4mm coroplast, foamcore, PVC, aluminum composite, tension fabric — matched to the use case.
Indoor vs outdoor use
Substrate, adhesive and laminate options change dramatically based on where the piece will live. We recommend based on the install, not a rate card.
Finishing & mounting
Grommets, pole pockets, hemming, H-stakes, rigid mounts, standoffs and hanging hardware — spec'd against the mounting environment.
Repeat-order consistency
Approved artwork, colors and finishing specs are stored on file so a reorder in six months matches the last run.
